We want you to love your Peaktrekker™ grill. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. We do not offer refunds for used items or items returned after the 14-day period.
